Addicted to Poupee

Yes, I've become addicted to Poupee Girl, this social community based in Japan. You could upload pictures of your cute clothes and accessories and you've got people commenting on how nice they are, etc. The user with the most number of votes (re: cuteness) would win ribbons which count as currency in the community.

It's like having a doll of your own but this is all based online. You buy new clothes, shoes, accessories and dress up your poupee. You could even give gifts to other poupee. And if they use the stuff you give them, you could easily see that in the graphics on the poupee's home.

I've been going around the Poupee website to check out new items posted by other girls. Each comment I make on their items gives me 1 ribbon and it's so addicting just looking at their items. Some users have hand-made goods too and that's one reason why I love looking there. It gives me ideas on what personal projects I could do. :) Especially when it comes to lolita and gothic items, that is.

As you could see on my blog, I have my poupee girl/avatar on the sidebar. I usually dress her up in the evenings or when I am bored during the day time. Haha. I have an outlet for my 'kikay' side on Poupee.

Sleeping cats post!

The obligatory sleeping cats post XD I love cats (Ssshhh! Don't tell Panda and Maya, or they might become upset.) and I couldn't resist taking pictures of them while they are sleeping.



This kitty looks like it got into a fight though :( It looks like it's hurt. And that's probably why he/she is resting on the chair in Little Tokyo. Too many cats and so they fight for food? I don't know.

Maybe they like cats in Little Tokyo, it's just that there are now too many cats that they end up fighting over everything. Food, attention, humans. Yes, cats fight each other because they want more humans! For real!!!

This kitty is a resident of the building where OB is. This is a mouser, according to the admin staff, that's why they've been keeping it. I've seen this cat almost get hit by a car and I am relieved that it didn't happen. He/She is too cute to be road kill.

O hai~

I haven't been here for a while. Real life happened and so I was too preoccupied and lazy to blog. I also didn't want to be part of the blogosphere's discussion on PG bloggers and elite bloggers.

I actually blog for a living, aside from my regular job. But it doesn't make me an elite blogger automatically, I think. At least that's the way I feel. Also, I've decided that this blog is my blog anyway so I don't think that what others think about blogging and bloggers should matter to me as long as I mainly do this for myself.

Because it's been a while and I've seriously neglected this blog, I should get some things in order. Including showing feeds from my other blogs on the sidebar and stuff like that.

If you've been dropping by, sorry I've been busy but I think that I am back now, for real. ;)
